New insurance from job is "active" according to third party managing my plan, but Anthem website and medical supply company say my member ID doesn’t exist

I am 25, currently on my parent's health insurance. I just started my first full time job on March 1st. I am enrolled in my company's insurance and received an insurance card in the mail. My new insurance is controlled by a third party called Contigo Health, but my plan is with Anthem BCBS. I was able to create an online account with Contigo Health and my account has links to Anthem's website for a cost estimator and other tools. When I click those links, I am prompted to create an account with Anthem BCBS. When I enter my Member ID, it says that my Member ID does not exist. Additionally, when I tried to update my insurance with my medical supply company, the lady told me her system was telling her my Member ID doesn't exist. I've been emailing HR since March 3rd and they are completely useless. I've called Anthem BCBS and Contigo Health multiple times and they say I need to speak to HR. Nobody knows how to help me and I'm pissed that I'm paying for benefits that I'm not receiving. The Contigo website says my insurance is active. Do my parents need to unenroll me from their insurance for it to work? Does anyone know what to do?
