New Grad and New to Health Insurance. Trying to decide between HDHP and PPO

I'm 30 F, single (set on no marriage and kids), and relatively healthy. Only medication I take is birth control to regulate my cycle and I have a physical checkup once a year and a gynecologist visit every 3-5 years (pap smear). Got hired full-time at my local hospital and they have two plans for in-network which can both be renewed/changed every year (but if you change from HDHP to PPO, you can no longer contribute to the HSA). My dad thinks the PPO would suit me but he also mentioned to ask around as he's not sure either.

I know little to nothing about health insurance so bear with me. The HDHP seems cheaper but that high deductible seems impossible for me to reach in order for the drug copay structure to take effect whereas the deductible doesn't need to be met for the PPO's. OOP is the same. The HDHP with HSA sounds good too because of the employer contribution but I'll be making over $21 so I don't qualify and will solely contribute (I can also open a savings account with my bank instead). And for the PPO, I know I'll be paying $25/$50 each visit.
