Independence Blue Cross (IBX) is committed to making the member experience more personalized and convenient. We are excited to announce that all members now have an entirely new digital health experience when they log in to the member portal at ibx.com or through the IBX mobile app.

This new digital experience is more than just a cosmetic update. Enhancements were made based on extensive research by our Member Experience team and testing by members. We addressed the underlying core technology and took a user‑centric approach to address unmet member experience needs.

Access Health Journeys for a quick view of everything related to their care, such as their personal health record, benefit coverage, condition‑specific information, and care and programs to help members reach their health goals
Build a virtual care team for quick access to primary and preferred providers
View personal reminders and activities to manage their health
Schedule online appointments (available to local plan members only)
Easily access additional benefits, partner solutions, and other available programs
