Need to change insurance companies NOW, not next year.

My (40f) daughter (16f) has mental health concerns that have required her to be sent to two residential facilities within the last year. She’s been kicked out of 2 PHP’s, threatened to kill me and my daughter in my sleep multiple times, and attempted to lie about my fiancé to the police when she attacked him. She’s been in her current residential facility for two months and my current insurance company, Aetna, is notorious for not approving lengthy stays. The therapist has straight up told me she is not ready to come home, and suggested I look into having the state out her in a group home. Ideally, I’d like to change my insurance company from Aetna to Kaiser, which my employer also offers as an option, but the issue is they are saying this can’t happen until 2024. She’s likely being discharged on Monday, and I can’t wait until 2024.

Please tell me there is SOMETHING I can do to get Kaiser to be my insurance company asap?? I live in 98003, WA state and make approx 100k a year.
