Need some opinions about this plan and if it’s worthwhile for what I need

Hello everyone so not too sure if this is the plan to ask but I needed some second opinions and guidance since I’ve never had to search for marketplace insurance before.

I recently got dropped from my health insurance this year due to working low hours consistently for a year and a half due to my school taking up most of my time. As a result, I qualified for a special enrollment/tax credit of $400~.

I hadn’t had any issues prior to losing my health insurance but of course within the year I lost it I had developed a severe case of GERD like symptoms and anxiety. I have been searching for a plan where I wouldn’t need a referral to see a specialist (gastroenterologist) and be provided with a therapist for my mental health. I found this plan:

BSW Prime Silver HMO 005 ($0 PCP visit)

From first impressions it looks like

Deductible is $0 Out of Pocket Limit is $1200 In Network Specialist Visit $10 Need referral to see a Specialist No Mental health outpatient In Network 0$

My plans is seeing a gastroenterologist and possibly getting an endoscopy to determine the damage done and plan of action/seeing a therapist to deal with my anxiety. From my understanding I would fork over $1200 within my yearly plan and any copays and then the insurance would just cover everything else plus copays? Sorry if I sound dumb I’ve just never had to use my insurance before and I want to make sure I’m not screwing myself over with this plan! If it helps I’m also based in Austin Texas and using the plan directory there are a lot of gastroenterologist/mental health options available in my area that I’m assuming are covered by this plan.
