Need help with an issue my hospital keeps doing with my insurance and billing

Need advice for hospital continuing to make the same mistake billing my insurance

This might be a long read so I appreciate anyone that takes the time to look at it. Anyways, I have Cigna medical insurance but it is through a third party insurance called maestro health. Starting in October of 22, where I go to the doctor, all hell has broken loose with Summa health (I live in Ohio) trying to bill my insurance. It started with them saying I didn’t have insurance, that I need to contact them for my “coordination of benefits” to ensure I only have one insurance. I’ve only EVER had one insurance. So I had a three way call with my insurance, summa hospital, and me, trying to have them explain how to bill them properly. It seemed understood. Fast forward, they continue to send me the SAME bill. My insurance contacted them AGAIN, with the same information. They never did anything and I got sent to fucking collections because I refused to pay the amount without my insurance. My insurance works everywhere else. I switched to Cleveland clinic for a while but sadly I had to go back to Summa because I’m pregnant and at the time Cigna and Cleveland clinic were having issues making an agreement of coverage. Now, they are doing the SAME damn thing and I’m tired of it. I’ve sent them many letters. I’ve given them my insurance card. No one can seem to help. What I found out was, they were completely ignoring the place on the back of my card to send claims to and just assumed it was the normal Cigna billing place. I then corrected it, and they are still saying the same shit. The coordination of benefits crap. And then once I gave them the correct PO Box, they said they’d forgotten to bill it. I refuse to be sent to collections again because of their negligence when other places can CLEARLY use my insurance. I can’t get anywhere. I almost want to involve a legal team because this is negligent on their part and I won’t have them ruining my credit. What should I do???
