Need help picking a plan at new job

Hi guys, this is my first job out of college and I have no idea what I'm doing with insurance. For context I am 26 with asthma and ADHD. Asthma isn't to the level where I have ever needed to be hospitalized, but I am supposed to be on a maintenance inhaler. Otherwise a pretty health conscious person.
