Need help on picking health plan

Hello everyone looking for some assistance my wife and I both work for same company we have 2 kids but looking to see what would be the best option in regards to medical plan financial sense

The high deductible plan offers HSA

There is a spousal working fee of $60 biweekly which would apply if we are all on 1 plan

I was thinking of having her on her own plan (individual) and then a plan with me and only the kids since I have higher income

I also included out of network deductible and out of pocket max

High Deductible Plan $1,550 deductible for individual / $3,100 $3,100 deductible for family / $6,200 20% co-insurance

Out of pocket max $2,700 individual / $5,400 $5,400 family / $10,800

Bi-weekly Rates Employee – $27.05 ($54.10 monthly)

Employee with only children – $58.54 ($117.08 monthly)

Employee + family (includes spouse working fee of $60) – $170.74 ($341.48 monthly)

Standard Deductible Plan $650 deductible for individual / $1,300 $1,300 deductible for family / 2,600 20% co-insurance

Out of pocket max $2,700 individual / $5,400 $5,400 family / $10,800

Bi-weekly Rates Employee – $65.21 ($130.42 monthly)

Employee with only children – $133.24 ($266.48 monthly)

Employee + family (includes spouse working fee of $60) – $310.27 ($620.54 monthly)
