Need help figuring out what’s my next step after losing Medicaid

So I make around 30k a year, so I’m somewhat on the lower end of pay. I’m a graphic designer and I’m in that weird sweet spot where I’m barely scraping by, but also have lost my Medicaid coverage because I make too much. After I lost it, I found out that the small company I work for has an HRA. I don’t know much about health insurance, and I’m not sure if this is good insurance or not.

So the HRA is broken up into tiers based on how many hours and how long you have worked there. I qualify for the highest tier which is “Up to 100% of individual employee plan cost and up to 50% dependent/family plan cost to you (paid as HRA) not to exceed $175 in total reimbursement. *Requires proof of insurance”. It also said “Up to $2100 annual value”. I’m quite confused because the first tier for employees have been there for three months it states that they get discounts for our products? And nothing about health insurance? Is this normal? My gut is telling me that there’s something off about this HRA plan, but maybe I am wrong.

I’ve also been thinking of leaving this company because I don’t get paid very well for my profession, but I am not sure because if the health insurance is good maybe I will stay. Any advice is appreciated thank you so much!
