Need help figuring out health insurance.

I just moved out from my parents job for the first time and have been trying to figure out health insurance and stuff. My dad was Military, so I was covered until I turned 23 just a few months ago. I did looks for quotes online a few weeks ago and got spammed by calls. I eventually settled on Freedom Life Insurance USHealth Group. I pay $230 a month for medical, dental, and vision. I don’t have a job currently (will be getting a part-time job soon) but I do get money from the military every month since I am still in college. It’s enough to cover all my essentials bills including this insurance. My mom said that was a good price so that’s why I stuck with it. I went to start looking into dentists in my area that take this insurance and there are not a lot. I did some more research and now I see that a lot of people are disappointed by US health Group and it’s not very good at covering people’s stuff. I literally just got it. My coverage doesn’t even start until the 19th. So now I need advice.

I really don’t know anything about health insurance and what questions I really need to be asking when figuring out a good one. In your opinion is USHealth Group good? Should I stick with it or find another heath insurance. I would prefer a cheaper one. I barely ever go to the doctor for anything. I do have bad vision and I need glasses. I would also like something to help with dental. I am prone to cavities. Any suggestions or advice that can help me out? I’m clueless. I don’t wanna give the people money if they won’t help me with bills and emergencies.
