I used to have great insurance with low premium and low deductible but recently switched jobs and need help deciding between United Healthcare options if anyone would be so gracious.

I have a wife and a 6 month child with no medical issues as of now.

Images of options:
Insurance Options

UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus 500 (80) – $850/m premium. $1,500 deductible. $10k maximum.

UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus 1000 – $810/m premium. $3,000 deductible. $9k maximum.

UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus 1500 – $615/m premium. $4,500 deductible. $12.7k maximum.

UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus 2500 – $500/m premium. $7,500 deductible. $13.7k maximum.

The first 3 (500-1500) have same copays. The 2500 has slightly higher copays (+$5 office visit and +10% hospitalization/surgery)

The other options offered (UnitedHealthcare Primary Advantage 2000 for example), including HDHP include a $250 copay + deductible + 20% ER visit which scares me. Although they do offer $0 PCP office visits. The ER cost alone leans me towards the lowest deductible plan, but $850/m is quite a lot.

I think the best option would be the "1500" due to my premium savings are about the difference in out of pocket maximum, so in a catastrophic event the savings would make up for the extra maximum.

Given no known health conditions, would it really be worth it to pay $850 a month just for the ER visit possibility? I know this is a lot to ask, but with a new child I'm really stressing over this decision and thought maybe someone much more knowledgable would be willing to give their 2 cents. Thank you in advance.
