Need help with 2 plans

For context, it is just my wife and I. My wife is a Type 1 diabetic buy we are otherwise both fit and healthy.

She has a insulin pump and requires monthly refills of dexcom, Tslim, and insulin.

These are the 2 plans offered.

Plan 1:

PPO

$4,000 deductible

$250 prescription deductible

$17,400 out of pocket max

Covered in full prevention care

$40 Co pay for primary care, specialty office, urgent care, speech and occupational therapy

30% coinsurance after $100 copay for emergency room.

Inpatient hospitalization 30% coinsurance

Diagnostics 30$ coinsurance

Monthly premium $ 600

Plan 2

$12k deductible

$250 prescription deductible

$17,400 out of pocket max

Prevention care Covered in full

$30 copay for primary, specialty, urgent care, speech therapy

Emergency room 30% Co insurance with $100 copay

Diagnostics 30% Coinsurance

Inpatient hospitalization 30% Coinsurance

Monthly premium – $380

Which would you choose and why? We are planning on having a baby here in about 1 year or two.
