Hi All I am very confused choosing a health insurance plan through my employer and need some advice.

A bit about me – I recently moved to US and have bo clue how the system works except for what I have read online and through my plans documentation. For now, I need to choose a plan before the end of the week and will focus on looking up rest of the details later. I am 22, a bit overweight but actively loosing weight (Yay!) and don’t have any preexisting conditions or prescriptions. Generally stay in good health.

I have been offered 3 options – 1. Premium: $100 Deductible – $600 Out of pocket – $6000 Plan pays Preventive care – 100% Everything else – 80% after deductible

2. Premium: $80 Deductible – $1200 Out of pocket – $5000 Plan pays Preventive care – 100% Everything else – 90% after deductible $400 HRA employer contribution 3. Premium: $60 Deductible – $2400 Out of pocket – $7200 Plan pays Preventive care – 100% Everything else – 70% after deductible $800 HSA employer contribution

I am currently leaning towards the 2nd option but wanted to get your views as well. Thanks
