Need Advice on Choosing Health Plan

Hi there, I’m finally of age to choose a healthcare plan on my own and needless to say I am struggling. I think I’ve narrowed down two options but can’t decided which is better

Option 1: MyBlue Health Silver 807 Easy Pricing Monthly Premium: $366 (thankfully I qualify for a credit) Deductible: $700 Out of Pocket Max: $3,000 Primary Care Doctor Visit: $20 from day 1

Option 2: My Blue Health Silver (no easy pricing) Monthly Premium: $368 Deductible: $125 Out of Pocket Max: $3,150

Primary Care Doctor Visit: in network tier 1 : no charge

I guess my questions are: Is easy pricing a better option? Does “from day 1” mean before I pay anything I can set appointments and only be charge $20? Which out of the two do you believe is the better option?

I am a healthy 25 yo female and I don’t have regular hospital visits. I’m starting nursing school soon and need to be up to date on my immunizations and get a physical done before clinicals. Are those things I can do right off the bat or will I have to wait a few months after paying monthly before I can set those up? I’m sorry if this is common sense this is a new world to me. Any helpful advice would be so appreciated!
