Need advice choosing a plan, please! (Arizona)

I’m 28 male. I was on Medicaid through Arizona Complete Health (ACCESS) and I got kicked off for making “too much” (Literally $100 over but okay). Now I’m left uninsured. I have several health conditions of which I need health coverage. My current work doesn’t offer health insurance.

I have a chronic left chest pain condition that radiates around into my upper left back and up the left side of my neck. I was trying to get an MRI through Medicaid of my chest and upper spine but they denied it for several months before kicking me off the insurance entirely. So, I would like an insurance that at least tries to work with me and that won’t cost me an arm and a leg when I finally do get the MRI.

Also, I’ll probably need to do PT again to qualify for an MRI since my last PT is a long time ago now thanks to Medicaid.

I had a removal surgery for a neuroma on my right index finger that did not give me good results. The bump is still there, still red, and still hurts. So, unfortunately I’m going to need a 2nd surgery on it to get it actually fixed. Great!

I’ve been having pain in my right testicle ongoing for 2-3 years. I had an appointment with another urologist in August so I need to choose a plan soon.

I also need to see a podiatrist.

I’m going through the healthcare (.gov) marketplace since that’s what I was told to do. After applying, it says I qualify for a tax credit of $298 a month. I’m not really sure what that is. I know it helps pay for my insurance, but is it something I need to keep track of for when I do my 2023 taxes next year?

Also I’m not sure what the difference between ‘bronze’, ‘silver’, and ‘gold’ plans are. It says “extra savings” next to silver, so I’m just going with that. If you think I should do either bronze or gold please let me know.

So the only 2 plans that accept my medications and the urologist that I already have an appointment to see in August are these Of course they’re the 2 most expensive… I can’t really afford that right now. I mean technically I could, but I also need to eat and stuff too…

There are also cheaper ones that cover my medications and primary dr, but not the Urologist I’m scheduled for. So, I guess maybe I could go with one of these and cancel my urologist app. and go to a different one that accepts one of those.

Honestly this is all super confusing and overwhelming for me. I tried narrowing it down the best I could on my own. Thank you!!!!
