Navigating the US health insurance as an international student on OPT

I'm an international student living in MA. My current insurance is BCBS, which I got through my school.

I'm graduating next month and will have to get new insurance by the beginning of August. However, there's too much information, and I'm not sure how to navigate this.

Can I just enroll in any insurance in the market? Will there be any requirements or waiting period?

With my current insurance, I can virtually see a therapist in my country because the hospital is in-network with GeoBlue, which belongs to BCBS. If possible, I still want to continue seeing her. According to the hospital's website, it also accepts Aetna International, Cigna International, and UnitedHealth International. Does this mean if I use any of these insurances, I'd be able to see its in-network providers in other countries like what I'm doing now? Or will I need to buy extra coverage?

Thank you in advance for your help!
