My dad is about to make a lot of money but he’s reconsidering the offer

My family is at or below the poverty line I believe, there’s three of us and my dad makes 30k a year. So it’s really bad. However my dad’s been working at this truck company for a while and now he has been given a job opportunity that will boost his income up to over 70k a year. Based on the updated income limit we will still (just barely) qualify for Medicaid since my sister is 12 however I’m turning 18 in two weeks, in one more year we won’t qualify for Medicaid anymore. We might not even be able to qualify for it sooner than that because I applied for a summer job because I need some money before I go to college and if he takes this job we will literally only be 145 dollars away from making too much to qualify for Medicaid. We are in a bad spot financially, so much so to the point where we can’t even afford an apartment and are living in someone’s house rn and this job will help us so much but we will lose that safety net of health insurance and that’s scary. I’m not even sure exactly what I’m asking you guys help for but we just really don’t know how to feel or what to do in this situation.
