My current plan is active on healthcare dot gov site, but not with my provider? (help please)

So on the healthcare dot gov website where I erolledled in my current plan, it says it’s active, I have been billed/charged for it, and have received an insurance card in the mail for it.

but if I login to the website or app for the provider itself,

it says the health plan is inactive/doesn’t show and there’s no way to access it.

This is very confusing to me because I am being billed for it every month, and have my insurance card, as well as it being listed as active on the healthcare(dot)gov website, but not the provider’s site when I log into my account.

I am very confused as to if my plan is even active or not, I feel like I should be able to review it with my provider/carrier in their official site/app and look over coverage.

Any info or help here? I plan to contact the provider directly and ask, although they’ve been hard to get ahold of nd the call center is closed until next week, but I want answers.
