Similar to the post above I work multiple jobs and signed up with both because I figured if I got laid off with one or had a medical emergency and went to a hospital I could be more likely to have coverage. I do an extreme sport so this made sense to me. I didn't realize insurance didn't work that way.

My job1 I've been with longer I chose a new plan this year but same insurer. The plan name was like open access but turns out like no one takes it

My job2 has a better plan so I've been using that insurance for my therapist visits.

Been doing this all year and now I got a letter saying I need to move all my claims to my j1 insurance. But my therapist doesn't take my j1 s insurance (almost no one does, despite being expensive)

Is there anything I can do or am I forced to basically pay out of pocket for all these visits now?

I know I'm an idiot and should have researched this further and verified my plans better but I guess it just made sense to me and I was badly depressed at the time so didn't really put the effort in.

Thank you
