Moving states on Medicaid, help!!

Hello! I'm on Medicaid and moving from Nebraska to Arkansas. I understand I have to cancel my Medicaid in Nebraska before I can apply for Arkansas Medicaid, but I am curious if there is any way to be covered during this gap in coverage?

I am 12 weeks pregnant, I will be 15 weeks pregnant when I move to Arkansas. The OB in Arkansas won't allow me to see her until my Medicaid is approved, the office said this could take up to 90 days. I should have 3 OB appointments in that time, so that is concerning that I would just not be seen! She said I can be seen at a free clinic and then transfered in later, but I would prefer to have the same OB the whole time.

Additionally, I have a condition that requires daily medication and blood tests every 4 weeks in pregnancy, so I need to be able to get care.

What can I do? I would just get marketplace insurance, but it won't even let me get it if I qualify for Medicaid. I am really uncomfortable with not having insurance my entire 2nd trimester.
