Moved to a new county over a year ago and got named changed, somehow old county has case active still in old name

So recently I got a call from a health clinic saying I had medical even though a year ago I was told I was no longer eligible for medical. Last year I also updated my address on benefitscal to reflect that I don't live in my old county anymore. In that period I also had my name changed. I had my legal name updated with the new county and I assumed at the time since the new county gave me my medi cal plan that everything was transferred. Somehow it never got transferred even though I got a new medical card. I also told the new county my income and they disqualified me. Then this week i discover that the old county never closed my file for moving outside of the county and somehow never got my name updated. I tried calling them but they weren't helpful, they just said send proof of income, new address and name change decree and said that they don't talk with other counties and tried to blame me, even though with my state medi cal card they saw I no longer lived in their county and they even had my new address. I submitted the documents to them again. What is going to happen now? Am I going to be in trouble?
