Missed payments resulting in coverage termination- help!

Kaiser recently (beginning of this year) went through a portal change with payment plans updating. I admittedly received mail notifying me, but I had seen a payment come out in February and assumed my payments were working correctly as they come out of my spouse's account and they confirmed one was there. Flash forward to this week when I go to schedule an annual visit for my toddler to discover my a and my daughter's coverage was terminated at the end of February… I know it's ultimately my fault for not doing my due diligence, but in my research I'm not seeing any options to get us covered until open enrollment in November.

Everything points to healthcare.gov and qualifying life events, but because our coverage was terminated 2/29, we're not within the appropriate window to qualify. I need to get my daughter seen for her 3 year check up and I'm feeling completely gutted that I screwed this up. Is there anything I can do?
