Michigan Options for Marketplace?

So I will preface this by saying that I don't use Healthcare all that much. I'm rather healthy and in-shape and pretty much only been to the doctor twice in the last 5-years besides a check up every other year or so. However, I just was qualified for Marketplace insurance due to some life changes and wanted to see if it was worth going through with some of the available plans. First off, most of the plans have deductibles higher than what I would probably pay in a year, most being $850+.

That said my options for Zero Deductible Silver Plans are still rather pricey at " US Health and Life Ascension Personalized Care No Deductible Silver" for roughly $55/month or $800/yearly expected and " Ambetter from Meridian Focused Silver + Vision + Adult Dental" for $80/month or $900/yearly expected. I've heard awful things about Ambetter on this subreddit, and am mostly interested in them for the vision and dental benefits (Free frames and lenses for vision, up to $1000 for dental), but might be wrong on those. I'm wondering if the benefits for insurance are even that necessary given that it would be only $75-ish per visit.

This is my first time needing to buy my own insurance as my new employment benefits won't kick in yet for awhile due to restrictions. Would I be better off getting a $0 cost plan with a high deductible just-in-case, keeping no insurance since the cost would be less than either available plan, or just going with one of the two plans? Thank you for any help choosing!
