Membershipbenefitsplus.com am I being scammed?

So I recently went shopping for health insurance because I'll be needing something besides my states medicaid for the upcoming months. I requested a quote from what I thought was Blue cross Blue Shield and was called by somebody about 2 minutes after I requested my quote.

I was told by this person that thru the ACA they'd be able to sign me up for Baylor, Scott, and White for $169 a month. Instead of a lot more thru Blue Cross Blue Shield. I decided to sign up for it. Had some second thoughts after it was over.

I called Baylor, Scott, and White and gave them some information about the man I talked to and the company. They said that he was a real insurance agent but that they don't contract thru them. I have been having some trouble looking up my digital cards. But the Baylor, Scott, and White people told me that it's actually probably nothing to worry about.

Does anyone have experience using Membershipbenefitsplus.com? Am I overthinking this?

I didn't have a bad gut feeling talking to the guy on the phone but it kinda seemed a little too easy to get insurance.
