Would anyone be able to give me some advice please?

I (almost 30F) was in cancer treatment for about six years. I received disability for about 3 years. I was given Medicare because of it. I was able to start working again in 2023 and made too much so I lost my disability at the beginning of this year.

They have let me keep my Medicare plan, I pay around $600~ every three months.

I have a Florida Blue HMO plan through the ACA. It is $468.25 a month.

I’ve had the Florida Blue plan through all six years of treatment. Medicare was about three years ago when I started disability.

My job is mostly sales based and I’m making significantly less than last year, so most of my money is going to insurance.

I asked Medicare when/if I would lose my plan. They told me I need to ask Social Security. I can’t get a tax break on my ACA Florida Blue plan unless I get rid of Medicare. I don’t know which route to take for long-term, and I obviously need to confirm with Social Security that I won’t lose my Medicare coverage at random.

But I also can’t really afford to pay over $8,000 in premiums a year plus deductibles.

Does anyone have advice on which plan I should keep long term? Thank you so much.
