Medi-cal/Covered California help

Last year, my wife and I got married at 19 years old, so I needed to apply for insurance. At the time, we found out my wife was pregnant, so I went to Covered California and applied. Even though we shared income, I got covered California benefits while she received Medi-Cal, signing her up for IEHP. At the time, our only income was our jobs, and we were both full-time students. Later in the year, she received multiple scholarships, and I thought nothing of it. Fast forward to when my baby was born, I was adding her to my CC plan and saw that scholarships fell under income, so in a panic, I added all her scholarships, and it shot our income above the medical limit for both of us, with covered California telling her she now was only eligible for benefits through them. I signed us both up for insurance. A month later, I got a new ID from her medical, and when I logged in, it stated that her plan was still active and that she still had medi-cal through them.

My concern is that I don't know what I should do, as I don't want to cause fraudulent activity with her healthcare, and I just want it to get resolved. Any advice?
