Maxicare individual plan termination & refund

Hello, I'm new here sa reddit. I just purchased an individual plan with Maxicare. I chose the platinum plan and paid for the whole year charge for 27k+. It was an impulsive purchase and I know I am at fault here since I didnt check the list of accredited hospital sa area namin. I was very disappointed na iisang hospital lang sa buong pasay ang accredited ng Maxicare. Anyway, my effectivity date was April 09, 2024. April 14, 2024, I requested for termination of my plan and requested a refund for the whole amount since may 15 days grace period sila na pwede akong magrequest ng termination and refund. Pero walang nageemail sken. It should've been within 24-48 hrs lang daw dpat ang waiting time ng endorsement email. So april 16, 2024. I made a request for follow up and agent over the phone said na she will make another endorsement. So fast forward, April 22,2024 until now wala pa din email ang maxicare about my request so I called their CS once again to make a follow up. But they just did the same thing, they made a new endorsement for my request. Hndi kona alam kung san magaapply yung 15 days grace period for cancellation sa dami ng endorsements na gnwa ng CS over the phone. Reps over the phone doesnt know much about the process. Can someone enlighten me about the termination and refund process.
