Hi, so I’m a 24 year old out of college and I’ve had masshealth for years and mass health care plus for the past couple since my parents passed so I couldn’t be on their plan anymore. But I guess I never knew I had to choose a plan so they auto enrolled me to a pcc plan (I think) in the past. But I realize now I have to choose a plan along with qualifying for Masshealth alone. Does it matter which one I choose or should just select the PCC one? I tried to look up stuff about these plans and the differences but I need it in plain language, I do not understand any of this😅

I’m in central MA, don’t have serious health problems though I occasionally get referred to specialists for things, and I have a therapist/psychiatrist for mental health. & I already know all my providers cover masshealth overall so I don’t think what I choose would effect coverage to my current providers hopefully. But I just don’t know what to do/what to choose

Any thing helpful in the comments would be appreciated. Additional note, a lot of my care is through the UMass memorial health system so maybe that last plan could be good? Thank you!
