Marketplace (individual) PPO with out of state coverage – Florida?

I have some geographic flexibility on residence (with extensive travel) and am looking at marketplace PPO plans hoping to find one with in network out of state coverage. I seemingly wrongly assumed that PPO plans on the marketplace would include broad out of state coverage (not just emergencies) as group plans tend to (at least with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield). From reading the fine print, I discovered that this does not hold for the CA marketplace PPO (Blue Shield). I understand Florida may be one of the few states that offers this with a subset of PPO plans from Florida Blue. This is consistent with some of the advertising, but I cannot find an extensive benefit guide or other documentation to confirm this.

Does anyone know if there are Florida marketplace PPOs that will cover in out-of-state medical expenses in network (at same level as in state in network coverage)? And if so, could someone point me to where I could get documentation ?
