Make too little to afford cheaper insurance?!

I’m a 20 yr old orphan which means I don’t have anyone’s insurance to be on until I turn 26 and am making more money. In my state Medicaid is only available to children under 19, pregnant women, parents, seniors, and disabled individuals who are low income. So someone referred me to health.gov to be able to get a cheaper insurance plan or at least one with a premium under $300 dollars considering I make maybe $8,000 a year and get $6,000 from financial aid and scholarships. When I filled out the application it said I was not eligible for tax credits because I made too little. So I’m stuck with offers for premiums of at least $300 monthly and deductibles ranging from $3,000 to $8,900. I haven’t been able to afford my medications or even routine exams for a while now. I don’t know what to do except work two full time jobs so hopefully I can afford it but I have terrible mental health and I know that’ll be detrimental. What is a girl supposed to do? Any help or advice is appreciated.
