Made less than estimated, will I have to pay back healthcare premium tax credits?

I have been unemployed since last year, but when I enrolled in a healthcare.gov marketplace plan for 2024 I estimated that my income would be 30k or so. I figured that I would most likely get back to work at some point in the year and make some income. Well it's a possibility that I won't get back to work this year, and the only income I made was about $4600 profit from some stock I sold (I have been living off savings otherwise). I qualified for roughly $380 tax credit per month and got a plan for $360 per month.

My question is will I have to pay back my premium tax credit for 2024 when I file my taxes as I made significantly less than estimated. I seem to remember that if you make under a certain amount you don't actually quality for tax credits and should be on Medicaid instead? Just wondering if I am going to get $4300+ bill come April.

Edit: I am single member household and located in NC.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read and answer, it's much appreciated.
