LT unemployed & just lost health coverage – what do I do?

Hi all – M 44, NYC (10020), effectively $0 income (unemployed 14+ months and nothing lined up despite 1500 resumes). Divorce just finalized and was recently dropped by ex's health insurance plan. Have an underlying health condition that requires ~$550 in monthly meds (uninsured cost). 5 maintenance meds, one of which is an injector pen that I need every 14 days that costs ~$500/mo (& has historically needed prior authorization, despite my being on it for the last 4 years). Feels like I'm hemorrhaging cash/savings.

I have no idea where to start re: Medicaid plans. COBRA option through ex's insurance is ~$930/mo. Meds are fully covered. Cheapest NYS plan I could find is ~$650/mo with a $4,600 deductible $9,450 max OOP. I think prescriptions are $10/$35/$70 copay after deductible. (Would love to shift some savings money into HSA if that's possible & it makes sense)

Any advice?
