Looking for Affordable Health Insurance for University – Any Recommendations?

Hi everyone, I'm a prospective sonography student at UTH and I'm searching for a low-cost health insurance plan that meets the university's guidelines. The university accepts various insurance companies as long as they comply with their requirements.

Student Insurance Guidance – 1. Provides the Essential Minimum Benefits required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) with no annual limits. 2. Contains no exclusions for pre-existing conditions. 3. Covers 100% of Preventive Care as defined by the PPACA. 4. Imposes a deductible that should not exceed $500 per year (this includes employer plans). 5. Dates of coverage must meet or exceed the semester dates. 6. Ministry and/or Share plans are not accepted! 7. Catastrophic insurance is not PPACA Compliant and is not accepted.

Can anyone recommend an affordable insurance plan that they've used? Any advice on coverage, costs, and overall experience would be greatly appreciated.
