Last Years Coverage Disappeared

I filed my taxes and they were rejected for not having form 1095a. I never got a 1095a this year so I went to the Marketplace Healthcare(MH) page to find it, and it shows I had MH coverage every year since 2015….except in 2022. I even have it for 2023. I called them and was told there is ZERO record of me having any MH in 2022, that it would show up even if it had been cancelled. They suggested maybe it had gone through my insurance provider so I called them (CareSource) who said they didn't have a 1095a form but confirmed that I've had continuous coverage with them since March 2021 (when I moved here) and to call Indiana Medicaid, which I did, and they said they did not have those forms either. I went back to TurboTax and they showed me how to do a little workaround for not having the form, but the filing was again rejected. It keeps telling me that the IRS has my 1095a info because I had coverage through the MH but MH is telling me I had no coverage. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now and I need to get these taxes taken care of. Any idea why MH doesn't have any record of my coverage even though I clearly had it, and how to proceed getting this info?
