Kicked off Medicaid, help me choose a marketplace plan

So I was recently booted from Medicaid due to too much income. I've been on Medicaid my entire life so understanding other insurance plans is confusing. I've decided that one of the Ambetter/Wellcare plans from the Marketplace is probably the most affordable for me (Anthem's pricing was far too confusing for me.) I'm down to 2 plans: one with $0 deductible but $3000 max out of pocket or one with $1500 deductible but only $1500 max out of pocket.

The copays on the first plan for most Dr visits is $15 each ($35 for specialists) but are completely covered on the 2nd one after the $1500 deductible is paid.

I need medical, vision and dental and normally see my main doc about one or twice every 3 months. A specialty doc about every 3-6. With GoodRx my prescriptions that are covered would cost about the same either way so that coverage doesn't affect me much.

Which would be the better option? I'm lost with all this stuff!
