Job health insurance and Pregnancy Medicaid

I have had Medicaid for pregnancy since 2020 because of covid, it has been renewing ever since, they have been telling me its going to get canceled and I no longer qualify which is fine , we have insurance through my partners insurance at work( all family does) , my obgyn (i am pregnant again with twins) doesnt accept medicaid only private and we have blue cross blue shield texas, which i have been using with her all along my pregnancy im 34 weeks due in 2 , my partner just received a letter to ask if we have any other insurance, i havent used my medicaid, not even as secondary with her all through my pregnancy because she doesnt accept it, we have been paying out of pocket, i love this doctor she is hight risk and has been my dr for years and delivered my first baby, my question is, is there an issue if we report i have medicaid to my partner job? even though it is used as primary insurance , is there an issue with my obgyn if i have this secondary insurance? we received this letter asking us today, i dont want to cancel my medicaid because I want to use it as my secondary on the hospital, im just scared, everything here in the US is a mess , we are paying for this insurance through my partners job and i would like to keep my obgyn im too far along and also would like to use medicaid for hospital copay
