Is this UnitedHealthcare plan too good to be true?

Hi there! I'm almost 27 and am new to choosing my own insurance. My employer provided options to choose from for insurance and I’m wondering if anyone can tell me if one of the plan options is too good to be true.

The details:

Plan: United Healthcare Primary Advantage Choice Plus 0. (What a mouthful.)

There’s NO deductible, which is super nice, but there’s a $7950 max out of pocket. The premium is about $18 per paycheck (every two weeks) for just me. I won’t be adding a spouse or child to my plan.

Preventative care, virtual visits, and Primary Care visits are covered at 100%, specialist visits are a $70 copay, urgent care is $50 copay, and an ER visit is $250 copay plus 30%.

Inpatient and outpatient surgery are covered at 70%, I'll only have to pay 30%. (I’m hoping to get a breast reduction surgery sometime in 2024 if I’m lucky.)

My prescription would be a $10 copay after I pay the $100 prescription deductible.

Is this a good plan to choose? Did I somehow get lucky? The thing that draws my eye the most is the fact that there isn’t a deductible I need to meet and if I want to get surgery (one that's covered and through an in-network facility / surgeon) I’d only have to pay 30% of the cost and not have to meet my deductible first.

Thank you in advance to anyone that can help out and provide their opinion! <3 I hope everyone is doing well this holiday season. (Hoping one day the US Healthcare system won’t be such a cluster f*ck LOL.)

EDIT: For reference, the plan I have right now is similar but the main differences are that I have a $2,500 deductible, $6,850 max out of pocket, $20 monthly premium, and inpatient/outpatient surgery is covered 70% but ONLY after I meet my deductible.
