This company seems really transparent and sent me information on their benefits package before we even had a single interview. However, I feel like this transparency is to put a prospective employee in a positive mood, like "Omg I am so surprised this employer gave me all the information about their benefits right away! It must be a good sign!"

I am still new to understanding what is a "good" medical benefits package because I am still on my parents insurance. But, to me I feel like even their "Option 1 Plan" which is the most expensive is a total ripoff. Based on the bi-weekly payment from the employee $112 ($2912 annual) and the $350 deductible, it looked okay at first glance. But then I noticed that the PCP co-pay is $35 – much higher than my parents and based on Google results it's almost double what most people pay.

I don't know. People who have more experience in this what do you think of all their plans? I'm a healthy young person and don't have any medications – just one thing my doctor prescribes me once or twice a year that is not a daily medication. Would probably cost less than $100 without insurance per year.
