Is a double-coverage premium refund possible with BCBS of Texas?
TLDR; I’ve been accidentally paying for 2 health policies for almost a year. Do I have a shot at any premium refund or other recoup?

I was laid off in Jan 2021 and acquired a BCBS of TX policy via the gov Marketplace. A few months later I was hired and my employer-sponsored BCBS of Tx policy became active. I recently realized I’ve been paying the Marketplace premium for 11 months after my new policy became active.
Yes, I was an idiot and should have canceled the Marketplace one ASAP when my new employer-provided plan became active in August. I’ve been dealing with traveling and hospitalization of several family members struggling with Covid and I didn’t pay attention as I should have.
However, considering both policies were under BCBS of Texas, do I have any chance of getting a backdated refund of my Marketplace policy’s premium?
If not, could the ACA 80/20 rule be a backup way to at least recoup some of the money since we made no claims on the Marketplace policy at all since my new policy came in force?
Sincere thanks for any insight y’all can provide.
