Insurance won’t cover blood test- unsure why

I had an extreme reaction over my body. Went to dermatologist and PC. They couldn’t figure it out. Visited an allergy doc. They put in for tons of blood tests. Came back with a degree of autoimmune disease. Might have RA. Insurance is not paying for those test because of the attached email text below. Anyone experience this? Obviously, it was to figure out what may be wrong and treat me back to “better health”. Sounds like nonsense to me but I wanted to see if anyone out there has experienced this. TIA.

“I wanted to follow up on your below concerns. I made outreach internally to review the services in question. The only code that denied was 86343 as non-efficacious, meaning We don’t cover health care services and procedures that aren’t proven to be effective. There must be medical proof they help people maintain (or return to) better health and are proven effective to treat your condition. Because it is not covered under your plan, the billed charges become member responsibility. The remaining codes processed and applied the applicable cost share, which applied to your deductible as it had not been satisfied at the time services were rendered.

I understand that the cost share is higher than you were expecting but, unfortunately, the claims were processed correctly according to your plan benefits. Please let me know if you have any questions.”
