Insurance for a single working mom with newborn and income >300% FPL in Florida

Hello. I am trying to help my family member who is strugging despite above average income. Her huband took away his life last year leaving her with a child and some loans. On top of that it turned out that she was pregnant with him so now she is a single working mom with 2 kids (10yr and a newborn). She is making over $120k/yr but her take home is around $80k. She had to hire a babysitter and has a house with a mortgage. She currently has an insurance from her job with very high deductible which she pays over $1000/month for the three of them. Additionally, her older child requires behavioral care and newborn requires regular doctor visits, now it turned out that the baby requires a surgery.
After all those costs, she barely has any money to cover living costs.

I was thinking if she, her kids, or at least the newborn would qualify for any state programs/insurance, such as medicaid/ACA/florida kids, despite having above 300% FPL income and employer insurance.

I would really appreciate your help.
