On Wednesday 7/31 I was searching information on my insurance and see whether or not I still needed to complete any additional things for my application and typed in Google looking for "health care plans" and policies where I came across their number.

I called thinking they were associated with medicaid and asked whether or not I'm currently enrolled and they told me that yes I did fill out an application, but need to pick a plan which I was open to. BUT then I was informed that starting April 10th my policy changed and now have to pay a monthly premium of $262.89 plus a $50 enrollment fee which I found odd because I never had to pay one before and only had to pay for a copay.

She explained to me again that once I paid that plus my monthly premium of $262.89 I'd be fully covered and have my same benefits. I was talking to someone explaining my situation and told me that my insurance wouldn't require a premium which made me begin to panic.

I eventually got a hold of my actual insurance provider explaining what happened and informed me that they're not associated with innovative health and currently already enrolled and active.

So now I'm in the process of canceling the innovative health insurance I feel like I was misguided on. I sent them an email explaining my situation, and was directed to call the 1(866)9493581 number to try and cancel.

For those whove been in this situation or similar what were your outcomes? Thanks I did freeze my card and going to the bank and explain what happened
