Injured while under hospital care, can I dispute my bill?

I went in for an allergy testing panel at UCSF. When I arrived, they set me up on a fold up chair in the area where they take your blood pressure to do the testing. I told the nurse I have a history of fainting but I should be ok (did not really know what the testing entailed). She didn't seem too worried so we proceeded with the skin pricking but I began to feel faint halfway through and asked for a glass of water.

She must have left because I woke up on the floor with a sharp pain to my forehead. I had fainted and fell face first out of the chair onto the floor. I also badly injured my knees and it's been almost three weeks and I have still not fully recovered. I just got the bill for $800. My test results didn't even come through so it was all for nothing. I am not the type of person to fight these things, but I am just curious if I have any grounds to not pay this bill… and if so, what does the process look like?
