Incoming grad student – CoveredCA or school’s UnitedHealthcare insurance ?

[28F] starting grad school in the fall in CA. I'll be a full-time student and don't anticipate income once I start school, though I'm not sure if that makes my income $0 since I worked through this past year and I have savings that I'm using to pay for school. I'm deciding between applying for health insurance through coveredca or taking the school's student health insurance (UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus ~$2500 for the year). I think I'll need to get dental insurance for sure through coveredca since it's not covered in the school plan. I'm not sure if I should sign up for the UnitedHealthcare plan or if a plan through CoveredCA would be cheaper or better. I'm leaning towards the UnitedHealthcare plan since it's there and $2500 for the year doesn't seem bad.

I have a couple of regular prescriptions, would like to have therapy mostly covered, and I occasionally see a specialist like a dermatologist or gyn.
