In need of help choosing new plan after losing HIP (Healthy Indiana Plan)

I, like many others in Indiana lost my medical coverage (HIP) last month and need a little help navigating my options.

My monthly income on this side of Covid rose above the qualify limit for coverage(not by much), but I have been offered a tax credit for the Marketplace. That being said, I am new to this process… and to be frank I am completely out of my depth here.

Before I lost my coverage, I was regularly seeing a PT specialist for a chronic neck and back pain, and about halfway to an ADHD diagnosis through a Neurologist and a Pychologist…or Psychiatrist(whatever). With my next plan, I very much want to pick right back up where I left off. The issue I'm facing is either the plans themselves are too vague, or the .gov site that hosts them simply doesn't offer the information I'm looking for.

Is PT covered under every plan? Will my Psych…wtf be covered regardless of which plan I choose? Will any of these issue be dismissed as pre-existing conditions and not be covered?

If someone out there can share some insight on any of these questions I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
