IMG scam International Medical Group by SiriusPoint

I have been struggling and arguing with this scam company " IMG International Medical Group" as they serve the customers very bad and they don't take the responsability.

I contacted them serveral times by email, telephone and chat, but they never answer my questions or reply clearly and they just avoid the questions. When they don't like something or they don't want to take the responsability they just close the chat and leave.

They are trying anyway to avoid answering me and processing my claims. The worst part is I just paid an extension around one month ago. When I request them to send the transcript by email, they don't even do it.

Please don't fall for this scam company, be very careful.

Please also notice how they avoid answering my questions and just call me to contact other customer service.

And notice how they make false accusations about me saying I have other insurance and I'm usa people, but I'm not even USA people. They are trying at all cost to avoid paying the claims and helping the customers.
