I’m trying to choose a health plan for my family. PLEASE HELP!

I (22F) am trying to choose between:

Ambetter Balanced Care 7 (2023), Ambetter Balanced Care 7 (2023) (QualChoice), Ambetter Balanced Care 7 (2023) (QualChoiceLife), Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Silver Plan AH1 (2023), and Health Advantage Silver Plan AH1 (2023)

My primary concerns are if they had dental and vision coverage and insulin coverage, since my dad has diabetes. I called them and they all cover insulin, which isn't the type of insulin my dad uses, but I think it'll be okay, because my dad doesn't mind trying other insulins out, if it means the insurance is going to cover the cost. None of them cover vision or dental, so I'm going to have to call my local DHS to try and get that added on, because my mom needs glasses.

I've never done this before, so I don't know which plan is better. They offer similar things, but I don't want to go with the worst one. Have any of you guys had these plans or been with these companies before? If so, please help me out!
