I’m not understanding what happens now that my wife has a job offering health insurance

The basic situation is that I am self employed and we have had insurance for the family thru the marketplace for several years. I've basically chosen a plan that maxed out the use of subsidies with minimal out of pocket costs based on my income.

My wife has just started a new job that has given her 30 days to decide if she wants to use their insurance, that will go into effect 90 days after she starts.
Because of my sons speech therapy I would like to keep marketplace insurance for myself and him, while putting my daughter and wife on her companies insurance.

The company insurance would cost us around $400 more per month, but does have better dental and vision. Some of the other parts of the insurance are better than the marketplace, and others are worse. It's really a bit of a tossup on which is the better insurance.

I'm not sure though if we can do this, I think it looks like we will all have to switch?

I'm also trying to figure out – since it appears we will lose the marketplace subsidies – can we claim the insurance premiums back on our taxes next year?

We only moved to the states 2 years ago – this is such a confusing system!
