If I quit my job, and get Obamacare, will my deductible go back to zero?

I hope I worded this correctly. I do not like my job. I want to quit. Like tomorrow. My biggest concern is health insurance. My deductible has already been met because I had my hip replaced in the spring. I haven't researched it, but I am under the impression that if I lose my employer-based insurance, I can apply for Obamacare. But does that mean my deductible goes back to zero? I had Obamacare once, and the deductible was $7000. My deductible with my current employer is $2500, which as I stated has already been met. Maybe I can ask to go to part-time. But I doubt I would be able to keep my insurance. Another thing worrying me about quitting is I was on FMLA for 12 weeks recovering from hip surgery. If I don't stay at least 30 days after returning to work, I think the company can charge me for the insurance premiums they paid on my behalf. I honestly feel the job is too physical for me. I don't want to work there. I want to quit as soon as possible (which means before my 30 days is up).
