I think Tufts scammed me. Can I get my money back?

Long story short I called almost two years ago to see if I could lower how much I pay for health insurance. They switched me from Gold to Silver. Said that was the only way to change it. A year ago I got Lyme and I knew I was going to have to take time off of work and that I was going to have to pay out of pocket for a lot of my health care. So I called them again to see if they could adjust how much I was paying bc I wouldn’t be making as much money. They said no and were very dismissive of me. I called several times since then, same response.

Since then my insurance has steadily increased every month to the point that I am paying the same as I was on the Gold plan but without the same benefits. I called them again a few weeks ago and they told me I could just change my income on my profile. (I had no idea, I was told previously when I called that I couldn’t do this.) When I logged into my profile they had me listed as married to someone I am not married to and that that person was making $780,000 instead of $45,000. I quickly changed the info and now my health insurance is a third of what it was.

I want my money back. I shouldn’t have been paying over $300 for health insurance for years when I should have been paying $150. Is there any way I can get my money back? I know for a fact I didn’t add this person to my health insurance profile as my spouse making that much money and they gave me incorrect info multiple times on how to lower my bill.
